Andrew talks about the video he found on YouTube that he did a review on. He stumbled upon a consumer who recorded a locksmith from the company Call Orange who setup a classic bait-and-switch scheme on these guys to unlock their house on an emergency call. They also discuss about a call that Andrew got for a customer who needed an older Thunderbird opened up at 2:30AM. Andrew quoted him a price and he said that he had an offer for lower, but then called back later and said that they guy was trying to way over charge for the job. Andrew told him to tell the fake locksmith to go on his way and he went out to the job for the same quoted price he offered. When he arrived the guy was just leaving the customers car.

He talks about how he does get a little bit of backlash for giving away some trade secretes on how to repair certain door locks and Charley talks more specifically about the different bypass measures people take. Charley talks about the best master key system to use for homes and the new ALOA standards on Do Not Duplicate (DNC) keys. They talk about the problem with giving out master keys or not doing a great job of key control or other issues with property management companies that cause huge alarms to needing the locks rekeyed after you take over a property.
