I'm not sure about my co-host Andrew, but personally I've put a lot of hard work and spent all of about 5 minutes preparing for tonight's show.
We would both love it if y'all would call in with your lock problems, questions horror stories, funny experiences, and anything and everything else that would tend to amuse the other listeners.
I've put considerable effort over the past couple weeks, attempting to get US Senate Candidate Alex Meluskey onto the program, Last week I was told we would have to shoot for this week... As late as Friday afternoon we were still awaiting word, when after 5PM I got the e-mail that Mr. Melusky is willing to discuss our concerns with:
1. The "Communications Decency Act" giving search engines such as Google, Bing, Yahoo, and others blanketIMMUNITY when they are KNOWINGLY LYING to the public and by accepting "adwords" revenue in the vast mounts of money, content to continue to do so.
2. The "Telecommunications Act" which fails to address "directory listings" at all, let alone prohibit telephone companies from making piles of money in re-occurring monthly revenue selling "directory listings" which ultimately saturate all of the search engines with bogus addresses, many of which don't exist on this planet.
3. The "Domains By Proxy" Scheme so effectively promoted by GO-DADDY who has known for years since my first contacts with them that this so-called "service" serves only to provide CRIMINALS with a safe-haven for the thousands to hundreds of thousands of domain name registrations of their consumer-fraud based call-center companies.
I will be asking Candidate Melusky to go on the record as promising to introduce and support legislation making changes in federal law to make it harder for the criminals and requiring enforcement against the internet search engines who continue to profit from these adventures. I really want him on live so that callers can ask questions or tell him first hand of their experiences, but it may come to pass that we may be limited to some pre-recorded interview to be played on a future show.

In the past few days CBS NEWS has been reporting on the Federal Government's execution of a plan to provide early releases to some 6000 federal NON-VIOLENT drug offenders - and only with a judge's permission...
I happen to enjoy CBS's "Blue Bloods" TV Program so the DCPI concept was not foreign to me... I mention that because being your new "ROAMING (by phone) REPORTER" I had occasion to call the DCPI's office who instructed me to send them an e-mail with my questions and deadline... I sent the following e-mail with a Sunday 6PM Deadline... no answer yet...
Greetings: In the past 24 Hours CBS News has reported relative prison overcrowding (200,000+) the execution of a plan to provide early releases for non-violent drug offenders. The CBS Report includes: But some sheriff's and police chiefs disagree -- arguing that the mass release comes without a proper safety net for the former inmates. "This is all going to be dropped into the laps of the American police," said New York City Police Commissioner William Bratton. "We are letting them out of jail, but treatment is not there. Job training is not there. Housing, for many of them, is not there." Asked if he believed his concerns have been heard at the Federal level, Bratton answered, "No." As I see it, the more important questions remain unasked and therefore unanswered. I would appreciate it if *Commissioner Bratton* or his DCPI would be so kind as to address the following questions so I can update the listeners to my radio program: 1. If the prisoners in question served their_*full sentences*_, are there then in place the necessary "treatment, Job training, and Housing" that are allegedly absent for early released prisoners? 2. If the answer to question 1 is "NO" than what possible difference could it make WHEN the prisoners are released and is the only POSSIBLE objection remaining be the prisoner(s) not serving the full sentence(s)? 3. If the answer to question 1 is "NO" then "Why are the issues of "treatment, Job training, and Housing" not being addressed for all prisoners released, whether for early released prisoners or prisoners who have served their full terms?
